How to Report an Issue?
In the case where you would like to report an issue you are unable to fix, find the circular icon next to the crescent moon icon in the very top right corner of your screen as shown below. Click on this icon.
This is the pop-up that will be displayed on your screen:
If Not Urgent
Click on "Report an Issue" labelled as 1 if the issue is not urgent.
This is the pop-up that will be displayed on your screen:
Title — fill in a short sentence to summarise what the issue you are reporting is about.
Description — fill in a more detailed explanation on the issue you are facing.
Labels — click on this and select the label that best describes your issue.
Upload Image (Optional) — upload a file of a picture of your issue for us to get a better visual on what the problem is.
If Urgent
Click on "Contact Us" labelled as 2 if the issue is urgent.
This is the pop-up that will be displayed on your screen:
Select your preferred method, "WhatsApp" or "Email", to contact us about the issue being faced. We will get back to you in less than 24 hours.
